PAL's Juvenile Court Diversion Program provides youth and families with a restorative approach that focuses on accountability, growth, and positive decision-making. Through individualized support, community connections, and skill-building opportunities, participants work toward a brighter future while avoiding deeper involvement in the justice system.
Youth, ages 12-17, are referred by local police departments, prosecutors, probation officers, or the court system to participate in a structured 4-month program. If your child has a pending criminal charge and you would like them to participate in the Juvenile Court Diversion program, please contact the officer, probation officer, or prosecutor in charge of their case.
