Nashua PAL’s Juvenile Court Diversion program gives youth ages 12–17 the opportunity to learn from mistakes, rebuild trust, and move forward with the support of caring adults and community mentors. Through a restorative justice approach, the program focuses on accountability, personal growth, and positive decision-making rather than punishment alone.

Youth referred by local police departments, prosecutors, or the court system participate in a structured 4-month program that may include mentoring, community service, skill-building activities, educational workshops, and family support. Each plan is individualized to help youth address challenges, strengthen relationships, and build a healthier future.

Successful completion of the program results in dismissed charges, helping youth avoid formal prosecution and the long-term barriers that can come with a juvenile record. By supporting young people early and connecting families with resources and guidance, Juvenile Court Diversion strengthens youth, families, and the Greater Nashua community.
