Nashua PAL Cross Country
Nashua PAL is a premier youth cross-country program in New England. Nashua PAL Gate City Striders (GCS) continues to produce a number of USATF Junior Olympic National Championship teams and numerous All-Americans in various age groups for boys and girls.
Starting with the largest elementary youth running program in New England, the Nashua PAL GCS program is open to all youth runners from any and all communities across New Hampshire. We are excited to continue that success into next season and maintain our tradition for having a professional, established, and fun youth program.
Nashua PAL FORCE Football
The Nashua PAL Force (NPF) Football and Spirit Program is one of the top in the state. Serving over 300 youth ranging in age from 5 to 15 and grades pre-kindergarten to 8th grade, we aim to teach at almost every level. Cheer has captured over 30 state, regional and national championships in the last 10 years.
We offer a less competitive Flag Football and Tiny Mite programs for ages 5, 6 and 7 for cheerleaders in grades pre-k, k, 1st and 2nd. Nashua PAL Winter Cheer
Nashua PAL K-9 winter cheer is comprised of athletes ages 5-14. This is a competition cheer team only – we do not cheer for any games. Practice begins in December, and competition begins in February. The K-9 program attends 4 to 5 competitions a year, ending in March. The K-9's are not subject to boundary rules so all towns/cities can join. Nashua PAL K-9’s is pleased to offer tumbling to anyone, age 4-16, who is interested in enhancing their skills.

Nashua PAL Open Gym
Located on Main St, the PAL – St. Pat’s Gym is an open gymnasium for all youth after school (Monday – Friday, 3-6 PM).
Like most PAL programs, there is no cost for this program for any youth that is in school, positive in the community, and demonstrating progress in the classroom. This gym is also home to a number of community partners, bringing volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and many more.

Track and Field
This program is for youth runners ages 7 through 12 who are interested in competing in track and field events. It includes twice-weekly coached workouts and a series of local meets. Runners can choose to participate in the USATF Junior Olympic Track and Field Championships in June (optional). Click here for more information.
Nashua PAL Boxing
Olympic Style Boxing with all USA Boxing certified Coaches, the Nashua PAL Boxing Gym is a place to learn about boxing, and to become a member of an exclusive group of dedicated men and women. This PAL Boxing Gym has been named "Frank's Gym" after our beloved Coach Frank Chimento who dedicated over 25 years to Nashua's youth.
Boxers compete annually in the Silver Mittens & Golden Gloves Tournaments as well as various other boxing shows across New England. Training at every level occurs daily, with individual training sessions available by appointment. The Boxing Gym also offers a unique ladies only training option.

Nashua PAL Street Hockey
Coached by current and former Police Officers, this 6-week session is open to Middle School students who want to play and learn about hockey. The season features a kick-off with a jamboree for all players, and concludes with two weeks of tournament style play.
Practices take place at the middle school, while games take place at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua. All needed equipment (including safety goggles) is provided to all players.
