Victor is a positive leader among his peers. He loves participating in PAL activities and helping clean up his community. His energy is absolutely contagious!
Victor’s little brother, Jose, just turned 7 a few months ago and joined his big brother at the PAL Youth Safe Haven. Jose was so proud of his brother for winning PAL of the Month!
Victor is a Shining Star & we can’t wait to see what she can accomplish!
